Qualifications

  • Prior facility maintenance or similar work experience preferred.
  • Driver’s license with clean driving record required.
  • Experience living/working in rural/remote environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with operation and maintenance across lodge facilities and water systems.
  • Maintain irrigation and water features; support daily maintenance tasks.
  • Perform refinishing/painting projects and minor repairs; operate equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to uphold maintenance standards.
  • Provide safe, courteous guest service and respond quickly to requests.

Our Facilities Crew works closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure the property functions well, is exceptionally maintained and provides a great guest experience. The position includes support of ongoing maintenance programs as well as daily maintenance and facilities needs. This is a 100% hands-on role, with days spent solving facilities and maintenance issues in the field.
