Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years in financial industry; 1 year focused on specialty accounts.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to members.
• Process account transactions for specialty products and services.
• Open new memberships and business accounts, as needed.
• Process consumer loan requests and fund loans, as needed.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to improve products and training.
