Qualifications
- Compassionate and professional dental assistant
- Minnesota Dental Assistant License is required
- CPR certification is required
- Certifications to apply dental sealants, perform gingival cord displacement, and monitor nitrous oxide in Minnesota
Responsibilities
- Assist specialists during specialty dental procedures
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral health
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with specialists and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Help support efficient clinical workflows and outstanding specialty patient care
