San Manuel is seeking a Cook III (Specialty Cook) under the direction of the Sous Chef to prepare specialty cuisine items for guest consumption on designated shifts. You will apply advanced skill sets in specific cuisines and follow approved recipes, cooking methods and ingredients set by Culinary Management.

Maintain all food, equipment and kitchen areas to health codes and casino standards while upholding a positive, team-oriented attitude toward guests and staff.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary arts degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in high-volume line/production cooking.

Mansioni

• Maintain designated workstation, ensure recipes and flavor profiles meet standards.
• Demonstrate advanced cooking methods and multitask to avoid service interruptions.
• Read recipes and production lists, train staff on procedures.
