Gunnison Valley Health is seeking a Specialty Clinics Front Office Manager to lead the front desk, scheduling, and patient experience in a busy specialty clinic. You will oversee front office staff, ensure accurate EHR workflows, and coordinate with clinical teams to deliver compassionate care.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Requirements:

To be seriously considered for this role, you’ll need to have:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in a medical office setting. Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience. Proficiency with EMR systems and medical terminology required

Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Promote professional team environment

Responsibilities:

We are committed to improving the health of our community by delivering exceptional care and services. As part of the team in the Specialty Clinics, you will:

• Provide team leadership and supervision by hiring, training, and evaluating employees. By creating and managing the staff schedule and creating a positive team environment.
• Provide operational oversight by ensuring accurate and timely creation and maintenance of EHR's, monitoring front office workflows and implementing process improvements.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service by serving as the main point of contact for patient concerns and service recovery, promoting a culture of respect and excellence and communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Compensation: Exempt

$1242.80/week- $1864.40/week, depending on experience.

Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, dependent care FSA, and Lifestyle Spending Account: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period in a Full Time or Part Time position are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.

Full Time staff are automatically enrolled in 401A plan as of date of hire.

Life and AD&D insurance: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.

Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
