This position is responsible for all Human Resource clerical administration for Gunnison Valley Health System. This position is the first point of contact for internal customers seeking the support of our dynamic, fast paced HR team. Assist employees with support and information concerning policies and procedures of the organization. Help to support recruitment and retention of staff. Responsible for upkeep of employee files to meet complex regulatory standards and support the HR team in coordinating HR program initiatives and processes. Maintain confidentiality of all information and displays excellent communication and customer service skills.
