Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) in Texas seeks a deli teammate responsible for ensuring specialty cheeses are prepared and displayed per standards. You will assist with catering orders and uphold food safety guidelines across operations.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; 21+ to drive per policy.
• Food Handler certification required; Manager Food Safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review sales data and promotions; co-manage inventory for stock levels.
• Contribute to sales, public relations, product quality, and standards.
• Enforce food safety and rotate dated products for quality.
• Assist with slicing, weighing, packaging, labeling, catering orders.
• Greet customers, answer questions, take orders by phone/in person.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary working/shopping environment.
