Bothell Modern Dentistry is seeking a Specialty Healthcare Coordinator to partner with Specialists and help patients commit to diagnosed treatments. You will educate on treatment choices, explore financial options, and keep specialty days productive.

Ideal candidates understand insurance pre-authorizations, patient objections, and maintain PPE and PFL standards while supporting the team in a fast-paced dental environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in obtaining financial commitment for treatment as diagnosed by the Specialist.
• Educate patients on treatment options and insurance pre-authorizations.
• Coordinate schedules to keep specialty days productive and appointments moving smoothly.
• Serve as liaison between office and specialty teams and manage follow-up scheduling.
