Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique (SBA – Clinique) to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, performing makeup and skincare demonstrations, and assisting with in-store events.

The candidate will maintain brand standards, greet guests, and expand the Clinique customer base while contributing to overall store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license required by state law where applicable.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests and determining their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations for guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish merchandise, and ensure cleanliness of Clinique area.
• Build strong guest relationships and promote Clinique brand loyalty.
