Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, demonstrating make-up and skincare, and maintaining store standards. The SBA will support the Experience Manager with service, events, and guest relationships.

The role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge; flexible schedule to cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals.
• Greet guests, engage, personalize service, offer samples and recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive Clinique brand sales.
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness and replenishment.
• Inform guests of promotions, events, and services.
• Stay informed on new/existing products to better service guests.
