Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, and guiding product selections. The SBA will support store performance, guest loyalty, and in-store events while upholding brand standards and exceptional service.

The role emphasizes cosmetics knowledge, customer engagement, and collaboration with store teams to grow Clinique sales and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to meeting store goals.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with guests and preferred customers.
