Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor - Clinique (SBA - Clinique) to maximize brand sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding product selections within the Clinique line.

You'll deliver exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and support store events while upholding Ulta Beauty standards. Flexibility with schedule and ongoing brand training are required to drive Clinique brand performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store targets.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experience and sales growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with a growing Clinique customer list and follow up on inquiries.
• Inform guests of promotions, events, and services within the store.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to better assist guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
