Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for the MAC brand to maximize sales through personalized makeup services, demonstrations, and expert guest advice in-store. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, building clientel, and representing both Ulta Beauty and MAC during events and trainings.

The ideal candidate will have makeup artistry skills, strong guest service, and a demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge while driving brand experiences and maintaining store

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license required where legally mandated.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain an active guest list.
• Provide personalized makeup demonstrations and lessons per brand standards.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge to educate guests.
