Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist – MAC to maximize MAC brand sales through expert makeup artistry and personalized guest service. You will engage guests, demonstrate techniques, and educate on MAC products while maintaining store standards and contributing to events.

You will build a loyal guest portfolio, participate in brand trainings, and collaborate with teammates to drive overall store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred and cosmetology license as applicable.
• Strong guest service, product knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare analyses for guests.
• Build and maintain a clientele portfolio for MAC brand sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and recommendations aligned with brand standards.
• Participate in ongoing brand trainings and in-store events.
