Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist – MAC to maximize MAC brand sales in-store by engaging guests, guiding product choices, and delivering professional makeup artistry demonstrations. You will represent Ulta Beauty and the MAC brand while supporting the Experience Manager through a focus on service, people, and process performance.

The role requires cosmetics artistry skills, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Cosmetology license required where state law applies

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and loyalty.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons for MAC and Ulta Beauty.
• Stay informed on promotions, products and brand initiatives.
• Assist with in-store events and appointments to deliver exceptional guest experience.
