Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist – MAC to maximize sales of MAC cosmetics by engaging guests, performing makeup demonstrations, and delivering exceptional service in store.

You will represent Ulta Beauty and MAC, build client relationships, participate in trainings, and help execute in-store events while maintaining brand standards. The role requires makeup artistry skills, guest service excellence, and the ability to learn product knowledge and stay current on trends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Cosmetology license where required by state law; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Engage guests with makeup demonstrations and lessons.
• Build and update an active MAC clientele portfolio.
• Participate in required trainings and in-store events.
• Maintain brand standards and store cleanliness.
