Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for MAC to maximize sales of color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will engage guests, determine their needs, perform makeup demonstrations, and maintain store standards while supporting the Experience Manager.

The role requires professional makeup artistry, excellent guest service, and strong product knowledge. You will participate in events, trainings, and brand initiatives to drive MAC brand performance.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and sales orientation.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge effectively.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Provide personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons.
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness and replenishment.
• Build and update an active MAC guest clientele portfolio.
• Attend brand trainings and participate in in-store events.
