Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for an assigned geography, promote SYMBRAVO, and develop relationships with customers within the Davenport, IA territory.

The SAM will manage territory performance, serve as a product champion, and provide account management support while staying informed about payer policies and market trends. This role requires strong communication skills, travel, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management.
• Minimum of 3 years Healthcare Professional experience with CNS exposure.
• 5 years of consistent top performance in pharma/biotech sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage both virtual and live customer engagements to promote SYMBRAVO.
• Own territory performance and build awareness among key customers.
• Develop territory business plans to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Maintain ethical, compliant promotion within labeling and industry guidelines.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a resource on payer policies and processes.
