Axsome Therapeutics seeks a Specialty Account Manager to drive SYMBRAVO promotion in Savannah, GA. You will build relationships with customers, execute territory plans, and ensure compliant messaging. The role requires 5+ years pharma field experience with CNS focus preferred and travel readiness.

The position offers a salary range of $100,000–$150,000 with annual bonus, significant equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Residency in the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5 years field customer experience and/or account management; 3 years Healthcare Professional CNS experience acceptable.
• 5 years top performance in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical sales.
• Migraine/CNS experience strongly preferred.
• Launch experience strongly preferred.
• Must live in the territory and work within the geography.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and using differential resources to hit goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via virtual and live engagements.
• Own territory performance as a SAM and promote SYMBRAVO to key customers.
• Develop a territory business plan and achieve quarterly/annual goals.
• Promote messaging consistent with labeling and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong customer relationships and assist with payer policies and authorizations.
• Collaborate across corporate functions and participate in congresses as needed.
• Manage promotion budget and travel requirements.
