Job summary

Nycom, Inc is hiring a Specialties Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10 specialty construction scope. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract specifications and Nycom quality standards.

The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time and priorities to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from a 4-year college, with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
• Ability to learn and use construction-related software and digital tools.
• Experience in construction specialties is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10 specialty construction scope, including restroom accessories, lockers, signage, fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet partitions, visual display boards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract specifications and Nycom quality standards.
• Communicate accurately and in a timely manner with all departments within Nycom; manage submittals, change orders, and project close-out.
