Job summary

Nycom, Inc. in Acworth, GA, is seeking a detail-oriented Specialties Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10 specialty construction, including restroom accessories, lockers, signage, and related components.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, communicate with all Nycom departments, and coordinate with clients and vendors while interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Degree from a 4-year college, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10 specialty construction scope.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate accurately with all Nycom departments and coordinate stakeholders.
• Learn and use construction-related software and digital tools.
