Job summary

United Contractor Services in Georgia is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Division 10 Specialties team. You will guide projects from estimate through procurement, delivery, and closeout, pricing work, placing orders, and tracking lead times.

You will coordinate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and installers, ensuring on-schedule deliveries and accurate documentation, while building toward a PM role.

Qualifications

• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear communication and follow-through.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills; ERP/order-entry experience helps.

Responsibilities

• Estimating, bidding, and budget preparation under a Project Manager.
• Coordinate procurement, lead times, deliveries, and schedules to meet milestones.
• Maintain quotations, purchase orders, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders.
• Serve as the point of contact with general contractors, architects, vendors, and installers.
