Job summary

ITS Logistics in Fort Worth, TX seeks a high-energy Specialized Account Manager to support its growing brokerage team. The role offers paid training and rapid growth within the trillion-dollar logistics sector.

The ideal candidate will manage carrier relationships, design unique transport solutions, and drive new business while maintaining strong customer service and data integrity. On-site position with competitive base pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics.
• Strong understanding of specialized equipment, permitting processes, and freight pricing.
• Minimum 2-year industry experience in construction, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
• Strong operational background.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Must work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with carriers to deepen relationships and ITS position as a specialized provider.
• Collaborate with customers to build unique, out-of-the-box transportation solutions.
• Solicit new and existing accounts for opportunities and document requirements.
• Train brokerage teams to be knowledgeable in specialized transportation.
• On-board and develop new customers with SOPs.
• Support Outside Sales in developing and leveraging the sales strategy.
• Ensure accurate data in CRM and customer portals.
• Price opportunities and maintain client pipeline.
• Negotiate customer rates and create RFPs.
