Professional Case Management is seeking a Specialized Services Clinical Administrator to support physicians by writing medical opinion letters for Home Care clients and managing the DOL authorization process. The role emphasizes thorough clinical summaries, Recordkeeping in Salesforce, and client education.

Ideal candidates are RNs with strong communication skills, experience with EEOICPA, and the ability to liaise with physicians, case managers, and home care staff while maintaining meticulous

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Knowledge of EEOICPA program preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Experience documenting claimant records in Salesforce.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Write clinical summaries to assist the Specialized Services physician.
• Liaise with Clinical Operations, Home Care clients, and Case Managers about new conditions.
• Document steps in Salesforce and track DOL authorization progress.
• Educate Home Care clients on benefits of adding covered conditions.

Be a part of our dynamic client-focused team and make a difference in your career!Performs advisory activities to assist a Specialized Services Physician with all the tasks necessary to write medical opinion letters for PCM Home Care clients.QUALIFICATIONS:Registered NurseKnowledge of the EEOICPA program and key stakeholders' operating practices (e.g. DOL Resource Centers) is strongly preferred -. Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Strong computer skills.Speaks, reads, writes, and comprehends English.
