Professional Case Management (PCM) is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our Home Care, Clinical Research, Impairments, or Catastrophic Care divisions. You will build monthly caregiver schedules, address scheduling urgencies, maintain credentialing, and provide on-call coverage with regular reporting.

This role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Staffing experience preferred; staffing for a facility, temporary agency or in-home health a plus.
• Candidates with call center experience in a high-touch customer service environment are a reasonable alternative.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage all changes to the monthly caregiver schedules for an assigned territory.
• Address urgent issues with caregiver schedules (backfill call-offs, accommodate client preferences).
• Monitor and plan for upcoming staffing needs within an assigned territory.
• Assist Human Resources with maintaining credentials of clinical employees.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers (PCAs, CNAs, LPNs, RNs).
• Generate and distribute reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis about territory trends and challenges.

These activities include developing monthly caregiver schedules, addressing urgent issues with caregiver schedules, managing the ”lifecycle” of client status (referrals, opens, recertification's and discharges), maintaining credentialing of clinical employees, on-call response and regular reporting.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Staffing experience preferred, staffing for a facility, temporary agency or in-home health a plus.
