Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to assist a Specialized Services Physician by writing medical opinion letters for Home Care clients. You will liaison with clinicians, educate clients on added conditions, and document steps in Salesforce throughout the DOL/EEOICPA process.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with EEOICPA claim workflows. This is a client-focused, advisory role within PCM's Home Care division.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with knowledge of the EEOICPA program preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational ability.
• Experience writing letters for EEOICPA claimants.
• Proficient with Salesforce claimant records.
• Able to communicate with clients, physicians and case managers.
• Strong phone skills; not a call center role.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with PCM’s Clinical Operations and Home Care clients regarding prospective new conditions for the white card.
• Write clinical summaries to assist the Specialized Services physician.
• Educate Home Care clients on benefits of adding new covered conditions.
• Document all steps in Salesforce and update as applicable.
• Work with clients and Case Managers to guide them through the DOL process.
• Request records from treating physicians and providers to support the claim.
• Follow up with claimants at each step of DOL authorization and offer guidance.
• Answer claimant questions regarding DOL processes and EEOICPA benefits.
