The Specialized Resource Navigator-Financial Access Navigator will support individuals and families living in affordable housing by identifying and addressing financial barriers that may prevent them from achieving their employment, education, and economic mobility goals. The Navigator will specialize in helping participants access financial resources, develop financial management strategies, and connect with community partners and services that support their ability to obtain and maintain employment.
This position is funded through a 3-year grant in partnership with the Coalition for Equity and Opportunity (CEO). The goal of this project is to ensure individuals in affordable housing can meet their employment goals through addressing multiple barriers to economic mobility, including financial barriers to employment. The Navigator’s time will be spent on activities to remove financial barriers for participants and meet the mission of both Phoenix Family and the CEO. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) in-person position, and the Navigator will be on site at various Phoenix Family-supported communities monthly. The salary range for this role is $48,000 - $51,000. The Specialized Resource Navigator will report to the Program Manager of Phoenix Family.
