Job summary

Kiss Products is hiring a Specialist WMS System Administrator in Port Washington, NY to configure, maintain and optimize Manhattan SCALE and related warehouse software. You will install, test, and support SAP, WMS, WES, and automation tools, translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring high availability of warehouse systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of WMS experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel to warehouses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science and SCM required.
• 3–5 years of WMS system maintenance experience required; DC background preferred.
• Experience with Manhattan SCALE and Bastian automation systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Manhattan SCALE WMS to ensure warehouse efficiency.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain SAP, WMS, and WES systems.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and design specs.
• Provide remote and on-site user support; troubleshoot issues.
