What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing managed services operations and sourcing strategies
- Lead and manage sourcing-related functions, including supplier assessment and execution of RFPs/bids
- Develop and implement standardized sourcing processes to streamline current programs
- Provide detailed status updates and communication to Supply Chain and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies, risk management programs, and ethics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories, with a focus on facility services
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with procurement systems (i.e., Jaggaer or Ariba) highly desired
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
