What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders to optimize managed services operations and sourcing strategies
- Develop and implement standardized sourcing processes to streamline current programs
- Lead and manage sourcing-related functions, including supplier assessments and executing RFPs
- Regularly communicate detailed status updates to Supply Chain and business stakeholders
- Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure compliance with contractual terms

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories, preferably in facility services
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer or Ariba) is highly desired
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
