About This Role

Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders to coordinate requests with Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive.

In this role, you will act as a connector between internal and external clients and the Analyst community to problem solve around our clients' most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems.
