Gartner CES Specialist role focuses on connecting clients with Gartner Analysts to solve complex technology and business questions. You will coordinate requests, interpret needs, and provide targeted research resources to executives across Gartner’s stakeholder network.

You will build relationships with analysts and internal teams, delivering high-level customer service while learning continuously in a hybrid work environment.

• Provides executive level customer service.
• Builds strong working relationships with the Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analyst community.
