As a Specialist Repair Technician, you will perform mid‑to‑advanced level repairs on digital and analog camera equipment, lenses, and accessories. Your work will directly impact our reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid‑to‑advanced level repairs on digital and analog camera equipment, lenses, and accessories.
• Diagnose a wide range of issues using technical knowledge and testing tools.
• Request purchase orders from appropriate vendors for repairs.
• Manage workload and transport photo gear from contractor location to the warehouse.
• Communicate with the administration team on service updates and technician notes.
• Document repair work, parts usage, and technical observations in our system.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in repair, soldering, troubleshooting, or related fields.
• Mechanical or electronic aptitude.
• Previous experience with an OEM.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to self‑manage and switch between tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions.
• Patience, tact, and confidence when dealing with complex issues.
• Photographic/product knowledge experience (a plus).

Language Skills
