Summary:

The Program Intelligence & Tools Specialist is a vital role within Community Pharmacy Solutions, dedicated to leveraging data and technology to drive business solutions that address key challenges. This position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, improving decision-making, and ultimately driving member success. By understanding how members engage with both B2B and internal tools we invest in, this role ensures we maximize our investments. The insights generated will empower front-line team members, enabling them to gain and retain solution members while providing an optimal customer experience. The value this role brings extends beyond operational improvements; it directly contributes to the overall success of our programs and the satisfaction of our members.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Insight-Driven Solutions: Own and lead the utilization of data and analytical tools to create actionable solutions that solve business challenges and enhance program efficiency

This includes enabling front-line members to gain and retain solution members, ultimately providing an optimal customer experience

Actively participate in problem-solving processes, from identifying root causes to implementing effective solutions

Member Engagement Analysis: Assess how members are engaging with program technology and tools, including AWS, AB Solutions Portal, and GNP U, to ensure we are maximizing our technology investments

Evaluate opportunity costs to drive member success and identify opportunities to increase revenue

Reporting and Insights: Develop and manage reports that provide relevant information to the Program team and leadership, including program membership, engagement metrics, product sales, and financial performance

Time Savings & Process Improvement: Identify and map inefficient processes, recommending enhancements that streamline operations and improve overall effectiveness. Focus on reducing time, creating efficiencies, and freeing up resources that can be repurposed for member support, increasing automation, and reducing manual tasks

Strategic Liaison for Alignment: Serve as a liaison with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and functional partners to ensure strategic alignment between enterprise and program strategies, making them actionable and mobile-friendly.

Trend Analysis: Conduct analytical and trend analysis, providing strategic recommendations based on findings

Empowering Team Member Development: Foster team member engagement and development by supporting the effective utilization of internal tools and reporting processes. Focus on upskilling team members to become data super users, enhancing their data and technology acumen and literacy

Information Quality & Documentation Management: Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure timely and accurate participant enrollments and updates. Maintain comprehensive documentation for application design and program-specific processes

Vendor Communication: Engage with vendors and customers to resolve compliance issues related to program participants

Related Duties: Perform related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong data integrity and compliance skills

Proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce (SFDC) is required

Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency is preferred
