Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking a Process Control Specialist to monitor production shipping status, manage plan vs. actual performance, and oversee downtime within a 2nd shift environment. The role requires strong analytical and Excel skills to optimize productivity and coordinate daily plans across departments.

The successful candidate will work on the Mobis shipping system, track downtime, and ensure accurate billing related to vendor downtime while maintaining clear communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Constantly monitor HMGMA and Mobis productivity and shipping screens, as well as the Mobis shipping system (Communication with HMGMA CCR: 24Hr).
• Managing Mobis production order (Non JIS order).
• Gather HMGMA daily, weekly, and monthly plans; generate and send Mobis’ daily production and shipping plans to appropriate departments.
• Monitor daily production in real time to ensure that targets are met (plan & Actual).
• Track external and internal downtime requests and provide countermeasures to prevent future downtime.
• Issue claims for vendor downtime and complete accounting documents to ensure payments are debited.
• Operate Mobis monitoring room & tracking productivity issue and report.
• All other duties as assigned.

Overview

The Process Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring the production shipping status and managing plan & actual, downtime (HMGMA / MSV).

Responsibilities

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Just In Sequence in the Automotive industry preferred

Working Conditions:

• 90% office, 10% production floor
• Overtime as needed
• This position is 2nd Shift, approximately 2:30pm – 11:00pm
