Job summary

Carvana in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Logistics Network Operations Specialist to provide real-time support across our transportation and delivery network. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Carvana-employed Vehicle Transporters and Advocates, providing phone support for on-road incidents as they happen.
• Source and select vendors that deliver strong service while mitigating risk and downtime.
• Support Logistics field teams in real time to maintain route integrity and service levels.
• Monitor exceptions and conduct root cause analysis to minimize postponed deliveries.
• Use multiple internal systems to gather data and troubleshoot issues that arise in transit.
• Maximize outbound capacity to improve on-time delivery and reduce transit times.
• Partner with Logistics Field Leadership, Fleet Maintenance, Market Operations, and Network Planning to minimize network disruptions.
• Apply strong analytical and Google Sheets skills to organize and interpret operational data.
• Document incidents accurately and communicate status and resolution plans to Logistics Field Leadership.

Position Overview:

The Logistics Network Operations Specialist provides real-time support across Carvana's transportation and delivery network, serving as a key contact for Site Leaders and Vehicle Transporters. This role fields driver calls, resolves on-road disruptions, and partners with Internal stakeholders to protect route performance and on-time delivery. Strong candidates bring excellent communication and problem-solving skills, plus comfort with operational data and Google Sheets and understanding operational data .
