Job summary

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a production associate who can read a tape measure, work safely, and pass pre-employment checks. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork.

You will supervise department operations, operate and set up equipment, collect data in PeopleSoft (ERP), maximize yield and reduce scrap, and report metrics to the supervisor. Prior manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Machine operation or basic troubleshooting.
• Experience working in multiple areas.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Candidate must be able to read a tape measure, be reliable, and pass a drug screen and background check.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties as assigned)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Must be fluent in the English language, both written and spoken
• Must be able to use simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools
• Must be computer literate; Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP systems
