Job summary

PGA TOUR, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Hospitality Activation to support planning, coordination, and on-site execution of food and beverage activations at PGA Tour events in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of food and beverage activations across PGA Tour Operated Events, including OMP sponsor integrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, catering providers, OMP sponsors, and vendors to align activation plans, operational requirements, and event timelines.
• Serve as a primary on-site point of contact for assigned activations, coordinating setup, execution, and resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor sponsor and vendor activations to ensure compliance with partnership agreements, brand guidelines, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate sponsor product integration across catering and concessions, including menu offerings, product placement, signage, and promotional elements.
• Maintain activation schedules, planning materials, and communications with stakeholders to support consistent execution.
• Track activation deliverables, approvals, and deadlines, escalating issues as needed.
• Support post-event recaps, billing coordination, data collection, and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors throughout event planning and execution.
