Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchase options. Stay proactive and up-to-date on Apple's products, services, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge about Apple’s offerings and assisting in providing ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications

Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and accommodations.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package, determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
