Job description

Specialist, ETF Services

This role is located in Boston, MA. The Specialist, ETF Services will support the Integrated Middle Office Solutions team and lead a client processing support team.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a lead for the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and help communicate needs and issues internally with operating areas and externally with clients.
  • Participate in processing updates to client accounts and company records to ensure they are managed correctly and timely.
  • Handle complex client inquiries and requests, investigate escalated and/or complex problems, and support business and technology managers.
  • Work with technology and systems teams to ensure system efficiency and incorporate necessary risk mitigations.
  • Allocate and check work of other team members and support supervisory review and approval actions.
  • Support the achievement of team objectives.
Qualifications
  • High school/secondary school or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
Compensation and Benefits

BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $86,000 per year at the commencement of employment, with potential for commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, and incentive packages. This position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base and discretionary compensation at any time.
