Relativity seeks a Specialist to support education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences while driving automation to improve efficiency.

You will manage workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates, and coordinate with Finance to refine contracts, while owning projects and AI-driven process improvements to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in education programs or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar.

Job Description And Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries ina timelyfashion related to various education programs
• Executestrainingandcertificationcontracts, workingwith Finance and Legalto refine and improve
• Run programlogisticsand create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systemsand process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale andeliminatemanual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelinesfor team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders

Qualifications:

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$66,000 and $100,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
