Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support the execution of learning experiences and streamline operations. You will automate processes, manage LMS updates, and coordinate trainings while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in education programs or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS management and process improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling and LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate attempts and inquiries.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance/Legal.
• Coordinate program logistics, SOPs, and upskilling sessions.
• Own projects, improvements and AI initiatives to scale workflows.
• Track action items, schedules and timelines for stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates to stakeholders.

The Specialist supports execution of educationprograms through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences, while also working to automate and increase efficiency to those processes.

Job Description And Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries ina timelyfashion related to various education programs
• Executestrainingandcertificationcontracts, workingwith Finance and Legalto refine and improve
• Run programlogisticsand create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systemsand process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale andeliminatemanual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelinesfor team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 1-3years' experience
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity,
• Basic experience with Skiljar and AItools
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$66,000 and $100,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
