McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Driver Payroll Specialist in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

The role focuses on tracking pay data, researching missing data, calculating overtime and eligibility, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure accurate driver pay before processing. The position offers a full-time evening shift (5:00 PM to 1:30 AM) with a starting pay of $21.38 per hour, shift differential of $0.40, comprehensive benefits beginning on day 60, vacation and sick leave accrual from day one,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mathematical skills are required.
• Detail oriented nature, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2 or more years’ experience in a payroll role.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Compile and record driver case data, stops, miles, and time spent driving.
• Compute pay due to drivers, vacation eligibility, holiday pay, etc.
• Submit driver pay for approval prior to processing.

Driver Payroll Specialist

The Driver Payroll Specialist monitors and tracks pay related transactions for drivers. Researches missing data related to cases, stops, and miles as well as hours worked. Calculates overtime, and vacation or holiday eligibility. Works with supervisors to correct driver pay before submitting time for processing.
