Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Van Driver to operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle and transport goods to customer locations in Kentucky. The role prefers commercial driving experience and offers a 3rd shift schedule with a 9:00pm start.

As part of the team, you will load and unload at sites, document data and issues, and perform warehouse tasks when not delivering. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
• DOT physical completed.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Read, write, and understand English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products at customer sites, using a dolly or hand truck if needed.
• Document trip data, receipts, delivery exceptions, and vehicle issues.
• Perform warehouse-related duties when not making deliveries.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Box Truck Driver operates a non-CDL delivery vehicle to transport food staples and specialty products to various customer locations. Commercial driving experience is preferred for this position.

• Pay rate: $24.75 per hour.
• Schedule: 3rd Shift; Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights, 9:00pm start time

Qualifications you'll bring as a Delivery Van Driver Teammate

• At least 21 years of age.
• Current driver's license and acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in the past 5 years).
• DOT physical.
• Lift and move product and packages which may weigh up to 75 pounds.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
