Job summary

Merative seeks a data-focused professional to process and update databases, analyze health care data, and manage ETL workflows using a proprietary toolset. You will ensure data accuracy, collaborate with external suppliers, and deliver clear reports to internal and external clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication with U.S.-based colleagues, adherence to compliance, and the ability to work in a remote-first environment, supporting Merative's healthcare data analytics missions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing and architecture best practices.
• Excellent analytical, technical and communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Process and update databases in alignment with client requirements

Minimum qualifications and requirements

• Requires a minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or other science-related fields.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as, Azure etc.

Compensation

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max : $79,508.58 - $119,262.88 (USD)
