Job summary

Merative seeks a Data Manager to handle healthcare data through collection, storage, and quality analysis. You will update databases, process client feeds, and ensure analytically ready data within tight delivery timelines for both internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate with external data suppliers, design and test ETL jobs, and document changes while communicating clearly with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in CS, math, statistics or related field.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing and architecture best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.

Job description

The Data Manager works with both external and internal customers in the management, collection, storage and data-quality analysis of health care related data. The data manager will perform database updates, evaluating and processing client healthcare data feeds to produce a high-quality analytically ready database, within specified delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and update databases in alignment with client requirements
• Analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of HealthCare data
• In-depth understanding of database and information technologies
• Authenticate, extract/load data into databases using a proprietary toolset
• Perform data analysis and validate data for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with external data suppliers to resolve data quality issues
• Prepare and share professional status reports with external/internal clients
• Document process changes, update key information accurately and timely
• Build strong relationships to ensure a collaborative approach to solve problems
• Communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills with primarily U.S. based clients/colleagues
• Follow compliance and audit procedures
• Design/Create/Modify/Test ETL jobs for customer implementations

Minimum qualifications and requirements:

• Requires a minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or other science-related fields.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as, Azure etc.

Compensation

Min – Max :

$79,508.58 - $119,262.88 (USD)
