Specialist, Customer Success Support - Remote

Job Summary: The Customer Success Specialist manages orders, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring high-quality communication and issue resolution with customers and dealers.

Essential Functions:

  • Interact with internal and external customers regarding order status, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Process up to 30 orders and resolve up to 30 cases daily.
  • Follow up on pending cases weekly to reach resolution.
  • Address customer problems and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Service-oriented with proficient computer skills, capable of multitasking across three screens.
  • Ability to handle complex customer issues independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to implement improvements.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged sitting and computer work.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds.
