Summary:
T he Curriculum Administrative Specialist for the Division of Instruction and School Performance (DISP) provides administrative, clerical, and logistical support for districtwide instruction, curriculum, assessment and intervention initiatives across grades K�12 and all content areas. The position supports the organization and maintenance of departmental records, tracking of curriculum resources, digital repositories, calendars, communications, and other systems necessary for the efficient operation of DISP. Responsibilities include assisting with purchasing and budget processes, tracking instructional material orders and inventory, maintaining required documentation, and coordinating with vendors, schools, and district personnel. The Curriculum Administrative Specialist also supports the planning and coordination of professional development, curriculum committees, meetings, and other instructional activities while monitoring important timelines, submissions, and departmental priorities. The position requires strong organizational, communication, technology, and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
