KnitWell Group seeks a Loyalty & Credit Program Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of loyalty, credit, direct mail and gift card initiatives designed to grow membership, increase spend and drive visit frequency.

About the role
The Loyalty & Credit Program Specialist will support the day-to-day execution of loyalty, credit, direct mail and gift card program initiatives designed to grow membership, increase spend and drive visit frequency. This role partners closely with the manager to help bring program strategies to life through organized execution, cross-functional coordination and timely follow-through. Responsible for supporting internal and external partners in the planning, calendarization, creative development, execution and analysis of Loyalty & Credit program initiatives, while also coordinating direct mail programs for the Brand. This role serves as a key execution contact for third-party partners and works closely with internal creative teams to help manage briefs, offer details, timelines, assets, approvals and program launch readiness.

You’ll bring to the role
College degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, credit, program coordination, project coordination or a comparable role.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience supporting projects, timelines, go-to-market planning and cross-functional processes.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong planning, organization and follow-through skills.
Clear, concise communicator, both verbal and written.
Comfortable working with internal teams, creative teams, and third-party partners to coordinate details and resolve open items.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with members of the cross-functional and external teams.
Proactive, solutions-first approach with the ability to communicate risks, changes and next steps clearly.
Experience coordinating with creative teams or outside agencies preferred.
