POSTION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, thoughtful, and highly organized professional to join our Lateral Partner Recruiting and Integration team. This role supports the process of identifying, hiring, and welcoming new lateral partners and other senior lawyers to the firm. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make complex processes run smoothly — and who takes pride in delivering a professional, respectful, and well-coordinated experience for others. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team that values mutual respect, clear communication, and shared responsibility. This role requires strong client-service instincts, excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism.
From interview scheduling to onboarding logistics to cross-department coordination, you’ll help ensure that every candidate and new hire feels well cared for and that no detail falls through the cracks. The role involves high-level administrative support, regular collaboration with internal departments, and occasional direct interaction with partner candidates and firm leadership.

Jenner & Block is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive health & well-being benefits and 401k profit sharing. The anticipated pay range for this role is $67,000-$88,000 in Chicago. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on several factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
